新时代温州高校大学生无偿献血意愿及影响因素研究

Study on Free Blood Donation Willingness and Influencing Factors of College Students in Wenzhou in the New Era

目的分析新时代温州高校大学生无偿献血意愿及影响因素。方法2019年1-12月对温州地区3所高校(温州大学、温州医科大学、温州科技职业学院)5702名无偿献血大学生、未参加过无偿献血大学生1000名进行问卷调查,分析愿意参加无偿献血的原因及影响无偿献血的因素。结果5702名参加无偿献血大学生愿意参加无偿献血原因相对较多,其中奉献爱心、社会责任等原因所占比例较高,其次还包括献血有益健康、受周围人影响等原因;1000名未参加献血大学生不愿意参加无偿献血因素较复杂,其中担心传染病、怀疑献血被用于牟利等因素所占比例较高,其次还包括身体条件不具备献血要求、害怕献血疼痛等因素。结论影响高校大学生献血意愿因素较多,但高校大学生作为无偿献血主力军,为提升献血人数、增加献血量未来高校可与社会共同打造更多无偿献血倡导活动,以此推进无偿献血事业的健康、稳定发展。

Objective To analyze the willingness and influencing factors of free blood donation for college students in Wenzhou in the new era.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,5702 free blood donors were selected from 3 universities(Wenzhou University,Wenzhou Medical University,Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology)in Wenzhou.Results There were more reasons for 5702 college students who were willing to participate in free blood donation,among which,the proportion of giving love and social responsibility was higher.Secondly,it also included the reasons that blood donation was good for health and affected by people around them.Conclusion There are many factors that affect the willingness of college students to donate blood.However,college students,as the main force of free blood donation,can build more free blood donation advocacy activities with the society in order to promote the healthy and stable development of free blood donation.
