基于信息化建设在优化输血管理中的有效性研究

Study on the effectiveness of information construction in optimizing blood transfusion management

目的研究输血科输血管理中运用信息化建设的效果。方法针对该院在输血管理中存在的问题模拟信息化建设后对其的优化效果,讨论进行信息化建设是否能有效提高该院输血管理工作质量。结果针对本院血库管理工作及用血管理工作所存在的问题,假设使用信息化建设后的效果,无论是从血液利用率的角度还是输血工作质量的角度来看,将信息化建设运用到本院输血工作中均是可行的。结论在输血科输血管理工作中运用信息化建设可有效提高输血管理的工作效率,值得广泛推行。

Objective To study the effect of applying information construction in blood transfusion management of blood transfusion department of our hospital.Methods Aiming at the problems existing in blood transfusion management in our hospital,the optimization effect after simulating informatization construction was discussed,and whether informatization construction can effectively improve the quality of blood transfusion management in our hospital was discussed.Results In view of the problems of blood bank management and blood use management in our hospital,assuming the effect of information construction,whether from the perspective of blood utilization or the quality of blood transfusion,it is feasible to apply information construction to blood transfusion in our hospital.Conclusion The application of information construction in blood transfusion management can effectively improve the work efficiency of blood transfusion management,which should be widely implemented.
