基层医院应用一次性输尿管电子软镜替代输尿管软镜治疗上尿路结石的临床研究

Clinical study of disposable electronic flexible ureteroscope instead of flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi in primary hospital

目的分析基层医院治疗上尿路结石应用一次性输尿管电子软镜的临床效果。方法选取2020年3-6月该院收治的上尿路结石患者50例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组应用输尿管软镜,观察组应用一次性输尿管电子软镜。对比两组患者碎石时间、碎石成功率及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者碎石时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);碎石成功率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。一次性输尿管电子软镜可在一定程度上减少人力、物力和医疗成本,但无法明确具体费用。结论基层医院在治疗上尿路结石中使用一次性输尿管电子软镜替代输尿管软镜可缩短碎石时间,碎石成功率高,并发症发生率低,可在一定程度上降低成本,但未对具体费用进行探讨,尚有待于今后进一步研究。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of disposable flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi in primary hospital.Methods A total of 50 patients with upper urinary calculi treated in our hospital from March 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the research and analysis objects.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with flexible ureteroscope,and the observation group was treated with disposable electronic flexible ureteroscope.Results The lithotripsy time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the lithotripsy success rate and complication rate of the observation group were slightly lower than those of the control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);disposable flexible ureteroscopy can reduce human,material and medical costs to a certain extent,but it is not clear the specific costs.Conclusion In the treatment of upper urinary calculi,the use of disposable electronic flexible ureteroscope instead of flexible ureteroscope can shorten the time of lithotripsy,with high success rate of lithotripsy,low incidence of complications,and can reduce the cost to a certain extent.However,this paper does not discuss the specific cost,which needs to be further studied in clinical practice in the future.
