基于药学干预对临床合理应用喹诺酮类药物的效果研究

Study on the effect of clinical rational application of quinolones based on pharmaceutical intervention

目的探究在临床应用喹诺酮类药物时对其进行药学干预措施后的效果。方法2020年1-6月根据喹诺酮类药物特性对其制定相关使用规则,调查喹诺酮类药物适用人群范围,并对各科室医师进行专项教育培训在后续工作中不断改进该院对喹诺酮类药物的药学干预手段。结束后对药学干预期间喹诺酮类药物合理使用率和各科室医师对喹诺酮类药物的了解程度进行调查,分析进行药学干预前(2018年9-12月)及进行药学干预后各科室应用喹诺酮类药物的效果。结果进行药学干预后各科室处方用药率、不合理用药率、耐药率均明显下降,各科室医护人员对喹诺酮类药物知晓率明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床应用喹诺酮类药物时进行相关药学干预可极大地提高其合理用药率,降低医疗事故发生率,提高患者就医体验,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on quinolones in clinical application.Methods To investigate the application scope of quinolones in different departments,and to improve the application scope of quinolones in different departments.At the end of the pharmaceutical intervention period,the rational use rate of quinolones and the understanding of quinolones by doctors in various departments were investigated,and the effect of quinolones application before and after pharmaceutical intervention was analyzed.Results After visiting and investigating the medical staff in various clinical departments,it was found that the effect of using quinolones in each department after pharmaceutical intervention was significantly better than that before pharmaceutical intervention,which mainly reflected in the awareness of the rules of the use of quinolones and the applicable population,the awareness of adverse reactions,and the rational drug use rate.Conclusion The relevant pharmaceutical intervention in clinical application of quinolones can greatly improve the rational drug use rate,reduce the frequency of medical accidents,and improve the medical experience of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
