营养替代疗法对胃癌患者术后化疗期间营养状态和生活质量的影响

Effect of nutritional replacement therapy on nutritional status and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer during postoperative chemotherapy

目的探讨在胃癌患者术后化疗阶段提供营养替代疗法干预对患者营养状况和生活质量的改善效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年4月该院收治的胃癌术后化疗患者64例,按患者入院接诊顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组32例。对照组提供常规饮食指导,观察组在常规饮食指导基础上给予营养替代疗法。观察两组患者化疗后营养状况[预后营养指数(PNI)]和生活质量[欧洲肿瘤患者生存质量核心问卷(EORTC QLQ-C30量表)评分]变化。结果观察组患者化疗后PNI明显高于对照组,EORTC QLQ-C30量表中功能领域、总健康领域评分均明显高于对照组,症状领域评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养替代疗法可较好地帮助胃癌患者术后化疗营养状态的控制,提升其生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of nutritional replacement therapy on the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer in the postoperative chemotherapy stage.Methods A total of 64 patients with postoperative chemotherapy of gastric cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission.32 patients in each group were provided with routine diet guidance and nutritional replacement therapy respectively.The changes of PNI and quality of life(EORTC QLQ-C30)before and after chemotherapy were observed in the two groups.Results The PNI index of nutritional status in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the functional area and total health area of EORTC QLQ-C30 scale in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the symptom area was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional replacement therapy can help patients with gastric cancer to control their nutritional status and improve their quality of life.
