摘要
目的比较结扎家兔冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)、左旋支(LCX)和左室支(LVA)建立急性心肌梗死模型的效果。方法健康成年家兔60只,随机分为3组:LAD、LCX和LVA,每组20只。分别通过结扎LAD、LCX和LVA建立急性心肌梗死模型,动态监测心电图,术后做病理检查。结果①存活率分别是:LAD 80%、LCX 85%、LVA 90%;成模率分别是:LAD 70%;LCX 75%;LVA 85%,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。②成模后心率升高:LAD 71.4%,LCX 56.2%,LVA 44.4%;成模后心率降低:LAD 28.6%,LCX 43.8%,LVA 55.6%;③成模后心率升高次数分别是:LAD(66.6±49.9)次,LCX(81.8±32.4)次,LVA(67.5±17.0)次,无统计学差异(P>0.05);成模后心率降低次数分别是:LAD(85.0±35.6)次,LCX(75.3±34.1)次;LVA(75.6±38.5)次,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。④病理结果显示成模后3组家兔心肌组织均出现区域性变性坏死。结论结扎家兔LAD、LCX和LVA均可成功建立稳定、可靠的急性心肌梗死模型;结扎LVA优于结扎LAD和LCX;成模后心率变化可升高也可降低,升高幅度和降低幅度相近。
Objective To compare the effects of ligation of anterior descending coronary artery(LAD),left circumflex coronary artery(LCX)and left ventricular branch(LVA)on acute myocardial infarction in rabbits.Methods Sixty healthy adult rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:LAD,LCX and LVA,with 20 rabbits in each group.Under general anesthesia,three groups of rabbits were established acute myocardial infarction models by ligating the coronary artery with LAD,LCX and LVA respectively,and ECG was dynamically measured.The heart was taken for pathological examination.Results①The survival rate:LAD 80%,LCX 85%and LVA 90%;The rates of model formation:LAD 70%,LCX 75%and LCV 85%.②The rate of heart rate increase and decrease was 71.4%and 28.6%in LAD group,56.2%and 43.8%in LCX group respectively,44.4%and 55.6%in LCA group.③The heart rate increased by(66.6±49.9)in LAD group,(81.8±32.4)in LCX group,(67.5±17.0)in LCV group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.After LCA,the heart rate decreased by(85.0±35.6)in LAD group,(75.3±34.1)in LCX group,(75.6±38.5)in LCV group,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups.④Pathological results showed that regional necrosis(100%)occurred in the myocardial tissue of rabbits after the three models.Conclusion The stable and reliable acute myocardial infarction model can be successfully established by ligating the LAD,LCX and LVA.Establishment of myocardial infarction model by ligating the LVA is better than LAD and LCX.The change of heart rate could be increased or decreased,and the amplitude of increase and decrease was similar.
