水囊压迫治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中及产后出血的临床价值

The clinical value of water sac compression in the treatment of hemorrhage during and after cesarean section with placenta previa

目的探讨水囊压迫治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中及产后出血的临床价值。方法将普宁市康美医院2018年9月—2020年11月期间63例前置胎盘产妇,按照计算机分组法分为对照组31例,给予宫腔纱布填塞治疗;观察组32例给予水囊压迫治疗,观察2组出血情况、血压水平、术后并发症。结果观察组术中出血量、术后24 h出血量、术后48 h出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后2 h的SBP、DBP均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率(6.25%)与对照组(19.35%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论水囊压迫应用于前置胎盘产妇剖宫产中可显著减少出血量,维持血压水平稳定且不会增加并发症。

Objective To explore the clinical value of water bladder compression in the treatment of intra-and postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa cesarean section.Methods From September 2018 to November 2020 in our hospital,63 women with placenta previa were divided into groups,31 cases in the control group were divided into groups according to the computerized method,and gauze packing was given to the uterus.32 cases in the observation group were based on the observation group Water bladder compression therapy was given to observe the bleeding,blood pressure level and postoperative complications in the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss,24h postoperative blood loss and 48h postoperative blood loss in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05);the observation group 2h SBP and DBP were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the group(6.25%)and the control group(19.35%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Water bladder compression applied to cesarean section of women with placenta previa can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding,maintain stable blood pressure without increasing complications.
