超声造影在甲状腺肿瘤患者诊断中的价值分析

Value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid tumor

目的探析甲状腺肿瘤患者诊断中应用超声造影的临床价值。方法回顾性分析厦门大学附属第一医院杏林院区2018年3月—2020年3月期间收治的78例甲状腺肿瘤患者的临床资料,根据手术病理结果进行分组,将39例良性甲状腺肿瘤患者作为良性组,而39例恶性甲状腺肿瘤患者作为恶性组,2组均接受超声造影检查,记录与对比检查结果。结果对比2组超声造影结果中形态规则、边界清晰与均匀增强占比,良性组均高于恶性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性组患者肿瘤超声造影主要表现为“快进慢出,均匀高增强”,而恶性组患者则表现为“快进快出,不均匀低增强”,2组造影剂进入肿瘤时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在增强程度、均匀强化与廓清时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺肿瘤诊断中应用超声造影,可通过肿瘤回声、形态与边界等特征进一步鉴别病情,确保患者尽快得到有效的治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid tumor.Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with thyroid tumor in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,According to the pathological results,39 patients with benign thyroid tumor were divided into benign group and 39 patients with malignant thyroid tumor were divided into malignant group,Both groups received contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination,and the results were recorded and compared.Results The proportion of regular shape,clear boundary and uniform enhancement in contrast-enhanced ultrasound results of the two groups was higher in benign group than in malignant group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The main performance of contrast enhanced ultrasound in benign group was"fast in and slow out,uniform high enhancement",However,the malignant group showed"fast in and fast out,uneven low enhancement",and there was no significant difference in the time of entering tumor between the two groups(P>0.05),However,the enhancement degree,homogeneous enhancement and clearance time were different,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid tumor patients can further identify the patient's condition through the characteristics of tumor echo,shape and boundary,so as to ensure the effective treatment as soon as possible.
