摘要
为消除光幕靶测速时存在的外界干扰信号,该文提出一种基于双通道光电转换的抗干扰电路设计方案。采用PIN光电二极管阵列接收技术设计了信号前置放大减法器、滤波和整形电路。电路仿真结果表明,电路能够滤除火光、杂散光及蚊虫产生的误触发信号,可稳定输出带宽为6 kHz~74 kHz的有效方波信号,所设计电路具有较强的抗干扰能力。
In order to eliminate the external interference signal in light-screen target velocity measurement,an anti-interference circuit based on dual channel photoelectric conversion is designed.The signal preamplification subtractor,filter and shaping circuit are designed by PIN photodiode array.The simulation results of the circuit show that the circuit can filter out the false trigger signal produced by fire light,stray light and mosquitoes,and it can stably output the effective square wave signal with the bandwidth of 6 kHz~74 kHz.The designed circuit has strong anti-interference ability.
