摘要 速度传感器发生故障会影响永磁同步电机控制系统运行的安全性与稳定性。针对速度传感器常见故障,提出一种基于双滑模控制的故障诊断与容错控制策略。借鉴滑模控制思想,设计滑模速度控制器和观测器,通过sigmoid函数减小滑模观测器抖振,并构造李雅普诺夫函数证明其稳定性。在基于转速残差的故障诊断基础上,结合时间分析法进行速度传感器故障二次检测,克服固定阈值带来的误检问题。以转速作为反馈量,采用切换控制方式构造故障容错控制策略。借助Simulink软件进行验证。基于仿真结果可知,这一方法能对故障进行精准的检测,并使其保持良好的运行状态。 The failure of speed sensor will affect the safety and stability of PMSM control system. A fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control strategy based on dual sliding mode control is proposed for common faults of speed sensors. Drawing lessons from the idea of sliding mode control theory,the sliding mode speed controller and the sliding mode speed observer were designed to reduce the chattering of the sliding mode observer by the sigmoid function,and the Liapunov function was constructed to prove its stability. On the basis of the fault diagnosis based on speed residuals,the second fault detection of speed sensor was combined with the time analysis method to overcome the false detection caused by the fixed threshold. The fault tolerant control strategy was constructed by switching control method with speed as the feedback. The proposed algorithm was verified on Simulink. Based on the simulation results,this method can accurately detect faults and keep them in good running condition.
