摘要 旋转机械故障诊断仪是一款集振动信号采集、存储、分析为一体的综合监测诊断仪器。主要用于测量、分析和诊断旋转机械设备,对旋转机械设备(包括轴承齿轮)作大量的分析和故障诊断。是一种借助定期对旋转机械运行时振动信号的监测和分析来评估机器的状态并诊断机器故障的仪器。该文依据设备配置的现状,研究设计出一套旋转机械故障诊断仪,达到预先发现设备隐患的目的。 Rotating machinery fault diagnosis instrument is a set of vibration signal acquisition,storage,analysis as one of the comprehensive monitoring and diagnosis instrument.It is mainly used for measurement,analysis and diagnosis of rotating machinery equipment,and for a lot of analysis and fault diagnosis of rotating machinery equipment(including bearing gear).It is a kind of instrument which can evaluate the state of the machine and diagnose the fault of the machine by monitoring and analyzing the vibration signal of the rotating machine regularly.This paper is based on the current situation of equipment configuration,research and design a set of rotating machinery fault diagnosis instrument,to achieve the purpose of discovering hidden dangers in advance.
