摘要
云峰水电站是鸭绿江地区最大的水电站,具有极大的库容量,一旦溃坝,洪水将对下游地区产生巨大的冲击,可形成严重的洪涝灾害,使当地居民生命和财产遭受严重的损失,需重点防护,因此对云峰水库的溃坝风险进行评估尤为重要。在对云峰水电站结构和已采取的防护措施以及周边的岩体、土体、水体等地质环境背景信息分析的基础上,规划了安全防护措施,并采用Mike11模型对云峰水库溃坝淹没范围进行了模拟计算,对云峰水电站溃坝风险进行了评估。结果表明:云峰大坝和发电厂是安全防护的重点,可在水电站附近的制高点和山脊规划安全防护设施;在遇突发情况时,可及时降低水库库容和库水位,疏散可能淹没范围内的居民。该研究可为水电站的安全防护提供参考,并为地表水体的安全评估提供有效数据。
Yunfeng Hydropower Station is the largest hydropower station in the Yalu River area,which has a great storage capacity.Once the dam breaks,it will cause great impact on the downstream and serious casualties and economic losses.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on protection and to evaluate the risk of dam break of Yunfeng Reservoir.Based on the structure of hydropower station and protective measures and surrounding rock,soil,water,such as geological environment based on the analysis of the background information,this paper plans the safety protection measures and applies Mike11 model to simulating the inundation range of dam break,and further assesses the dam-break risk.The results show that Yunfeng dam and power plant are the key points of safety protection,and safety protection facilities can be planned at the commanding heights and ridges near the hydropower station;in case of emergency,the reservoir capacity and water level should be reduced in time to evacuate the residents who may be submerged.This study can provide a reference for the safety protection of hydropower stations,and provide effective data for the safety assessment of surface water.
