中国共产党领导新中国外交理论与实践历程探析

An analysis of new China’diplomatic theory and practice under CPC’s leadership

中国共产党自成立以来,始终坚持马克思主义基本立场处理与国际社会的关系。尤其是新中国成立以来,中国共产党在实践中不断总结中国外交的经验、规律,结合具体国情和世情,逐步形成了新时代中国特色社会主义外交思想。中国坚持在构建对外关系时遵循独立自主的基本原则,在制定外交战略时保持社会主义属性,在处理对外问题时秉持正确义利观,积极发展同世界各国的友好合作关系。中国外交理论是马克思主义中国化的重要理论成果,将在今后的外交实践中指导“大国外交”战略的推进、新型国际关系和人类命运共同体的构建。

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC),it always adhere to the marxism basic standpoint.In the past 100 years,the Communist Party of China has summarized the experience and laws of China’s diplomacy in practice,and gradually formed a diplomatic theory and thought with Chinese characteristics in light of China’s national conditions and the conditions of world.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,China adheres to the basic principle of independence in building foreign relations,adheres to the socialist nature in formulating diplomatic strategies,upholds the right approach to justice and shared interests in handling foreign issues,and actively develops friendly and cooperative relations with other countries.The theory of China’s diplomacy is an important theoretical achievement of adapting Marxism to China’s conditions.It will guide the promotion of the strategy of“major-country diplomacy”,the new type of international relations and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind in our diplomatic practice in the future.
