摘要 为研究电动叉车减速器壳体结构特性,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对设计的减速器壳体进行有限元建模与结构强度分析。在试验台工况下,考虑螺栓预紧力的影响,计算得出结构应力云图、变形云图和螺栓连接面连接状态云图,并对壳体局部应力值较大区域进行优化,达到降低结构应力的目的。最后通过台架试验,验证了所设计的减速器壳体是满足强度要求的。 The structural characteristics of reducer housing of electric forklift truck are studied.The finite element modeling and structural strength analysis of it are carried out by using ANSYS Workbench finite element software.Under the test bed condition,the structural stress nephogram,deformation nephogram and bolt connection surface nephogram are calculated by considering the effect of bolt preload,and the area with large local stress value of shell is optimized to achieve the purpose of reducing structural stress.Finally,through the bench test,the design of the reducer casing is verified to meet the strength requirements.
