摘要
针对一种新型柴油机缸盖的加工运输需求,提出一种专用缸盖输送机构,依据实际功能需求和使用要求设计出一套合理的机械设备,保证在柴油机缸盖输送过程中该设备满足强度和刚度要求。在满足使用要求的前提下,为了达到结构简化和轻量化的目的,运用Creo软件进行三维建模,使用ANSYS Workbench软件进行静力学仿真分析,获得了设备整体变形云图和应力云图,进而通过结构参数优化,达到设备结构简化和减轻重量的目的。
In response to a new type of diesel engine cylinder head processing and transportation requirements,a special cylinder head conveying mechanism is proposed,and a reasonable mechanical equipment is designed according to actual functional requirements and use requirements to ensure that the equipment meetsthe requirements of strength and rigidity during the conveying process of the diesel engine cylinder head.Under the premise of meeting the requirements of use,in order to achieve the purpose of structure simplification and light weight,Creo software is used for three-dimensional modeling,and ANSYS Workbench software is used for statics simulation analysis,and the overall deformation cloud diagram and stress cloud diagram are obtained.Furthermore,by optimizing the structural parameters,the purpose of simplifying the structure of the equipment and weight reduction is achieved.
