基于AutoForm的汽车推杆支架毛坯及排样设计

摘要 利用AutoForm R7软件对汽车车身推杆支架毛坯外形尺寸进行计算,在此基础上快速对比分析多种排样方案,从而确定最优排样结构。结果表明:采用AutoForm软件不仅可快速对毛坯外形尺寸进行计算和排样,而且结果准确可靠,对于类似零件的毛坯尺寸计算和排样具有一定的参考价值。 Blank size on the Automobile Body Push-Rod Bracket was calculated by AutoForm R7 software,on this basis,a variety of nesting schemes were compared and analyzed quickly to determine the optimal nesting structure.The results show that blank size is calculated and nested by AutoForm software is not only simple and convenient,but also accurate and reliable,which has a certain reference value for the blank size calculation and nesting of similar parts.
