摘要
为使遇险(掉沟、淤陷、翻车、故障等)的车辆脱离险情,设计了一种车载大牵引力液压绞盘系统。根据整车总质量,对液压绞盘的匹配性进行计算,通过仿真软件对其安装座进行了静力学分析,验证了安装座结构设计的合理性。
In order to make the vehicles in distress(ditch falling,silting,rollover,failure,etc.)out of danger,a vehicle-mounted hydraulic winch system with large traction force was designed.According to the total mass of the whole vehicle,the matching property of hydraulic winch is calculated,and the static analysis of its installation pedestal is carried out by simulation software,which verifies the rationality of the structural design of the installation pedestal.
