摘要
为了适应海上风力发电机水冷系统外部散热器的使用要求,设计了一种安装方便、抗台风、抗腐蚀的外部散热器支架。通过ANSYS Workbench对外部散热器支架在受到风载荷作用下进行了有限元分析,得到了支架的位移和等效应力云图,可为外部散热器支架的进一步优化设计提供依据。
In order to meet the requirements of the external radiator for the water cooling system of offshore wind turbines,an external radiator bracket that is easy to install,resistant to typhoon and corrosion is designed.Through ANSYS Workbench,the finite element analysis of the external radiator bracket under the action of wind load is carried out,and the displacement and equivalent stress cloud diagram of the bracket are obtained,which can provide a basis for the further optimization design of the external radiator bracket.
