摘要
起重机起升机构中多个卷筒协同工作是其常用结构,多个卷筒的上升、下降同步性至关重要。以两个变频电机驱动一个行星减速机,行星齿轮减速机4个输出轴上各驱动一个单连接法兰卷筒形式为例,从加工、装配角度出发,研究多个卷筒同步性的工艺。
In the hoisting mechanism of crane,the multi-reel cooperative work is one of the common structures,and its synchronization of rise and fall is very important.In this paper,two frequency conversion motors drive a planet reducer,the planet gear reducer four output shafts each drive a single connection flange drum type as an example,from the point of view of processing,assembly,how to ensure the synchronism of multiple reels is explained.
