摘要
驱动电机的振动影响着电机信号的稳定性,对信号数据的提取及处理能够预防电机故障。首先对驱动电机的信号进行重构,建立信号的经验模态方程,信号通过经验模态分析分解为一系列稳态和线性的数据序列集,并且得到了噪声信号对经验模态方程的影响。奇异值分解为一种非线性滤波,应用奇异值分解可以使驱动电机的信号消噪,并且可以提取振动信号中的周期,得到驱动电机降噪后的奇异方程。最后通过模态函数建立了驱动电机信号的自回归时间序列模型。
The vibration of the drive motor affects the stability of the electric signal,the signal data extraction and processing can prevent motor fault.First,the signal of driving motor of refactoring,signal the experience of the modal equation,the signal is decomposed into a series of steady-state and linear data sequence sets through empirical mode analysis,and obtain the effect of noise signal of empirical mode equation.Singular value decomposition is a Kind ofnonlinear filter,the application of singular value decomposition can denoise the signal of the drive motor,and can extract the period in the vibration signal,and obtain the singular equation after the noise reduction of the drive motor.Finally,the autoregressive time series model of the driving motor signal is established through the modal funtion.
