摘要
采用机器视觉和PLC技术设计了一套矿井排水控制系统。该系统采用机器视觉代替液位传感器,通过图像处理识别排水仓内液位标尺杆上的数字来控制排水泵的启停;图像处理采用开源的计算机视觉库OpenCV实现,通过摄像头可观察排水仓内的一切状况,工人可通过视频启停水泵,实现了矿井排水的控制功能。
Using machine vision and PLC technology,mine drainage control system was designed.The system used machine vision to replace the liquid level sensor,and image processing to identify the number on the liquid level rod in the drainage bin to start or stop the drainage pump.The image processing was realized by OpenCV which was open source computer vision library.The camera can observe all the conditions in the drainage bunker,and the workers can start or stop the pump through the video.This system realized the control function of mine drainage.
