摘要
文章采用六西格玛改进方法,使用Minitab软件通过假设检验等方法分析验证同步器累积合格率低的原因,提出了工艺改进的方案,最终解决了同步器合格率低的问题。
In this paper,six sigma improvement method is adopted and Minitab software is used to analyze and verify the reasons of low Total pitch deviation pass rate of the synchronizer through hypothesis testing and other methods,and a process improvement scheme is proposed to finally solve the problem of low pass rate.
