流通产业是“双循环”发展格局的关键,必须把流通作为重要战略来抓,充分发挥其先导性、基础性和战略性作用。深入剖析我国县域商贸流通业发展现状、探寻发展中存在的问题,最终提出创新发展流通技术、科学规划商业管理方式、增强商贸流通设施建设和健全县域流通人才储备和引导机制的策略来助力我国县域商贸流通业现代化高质量发展。

Circulation industry is the key to the"double circulation"development pattern.We must take circulation as an important strategy and give full play to its leading,basic and strategic role.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of the development of the commercial circulation industry at county level in China and explores the problems existing in the development.Finally it puts forward the strategies such as innovating and developing the circulation technology,scientifically planning the business management mode,strengthening the construction of commercial circulation facilities,and improving the county circulation talent reserve and guidance mechanism,so as to help the modernization and high-quality development of the industry at county level in China.
