客车平顺性试验研究

摘要 为分析车速对客车平顺性的影响,结合国家相关标准中客车平顺性的试验方法和评价要求,以驾驶员同侧后桥正上方座椅为试验测点的基础上,增加驾驶员座椅和最后排中间座椅试验测点及试验车速,对某品牌大型豪华长途汽车进行脉冲输入和随机输入试验。结果表明:客车在规定满载状态下,车速较低时,乘坐舒适性较好;车速较高时,舒适性有所下降,但仍能满足客车平顺性要求。 In order to analyze the influence of the speed on the ride comfort of passenger cars,combined with the test methods and evaluation requirements of the ride comfort of passenger cars in relevant national standards,and on the basis of taking the seat above the rear axle on the same side of the driver as the test measuring point,the test measuring points and test speed of the driver′s seat and the middle seat of the last row are added to carry out the pulse input and random input test of a large luxury long-distance bus.The results show that the ride comfort of the passenger car is better when the car speed is low under the prescribed state of full load,and when the car speed is high,the comfort decreases,but it can still meet the comfort requirements of the passenger car.
