摘要
以双侧独立电机传动的分布式纯电动推土机为研究对象,基于推土机的实际应用场景和工作模式,建立整车行驶阻力模型和转速控制的物理模型,设计包括车速设定子模块、电机转速设定子模块及功率限制子模块的整车控制策略。为验证整车控制策略的合理性,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建分布式纯电动推土机系统仿真模型,对3个子模块进行离线仿真分析,证明该策略满足控制需求;并用于实车测试,进一步验证了该控制策略的合理性。
Taking the distributed electric bulldozer driven by two independent motors as the research object,and based on the practical application scenes and working modes of bulldozer,the vehicle running resistance model and the physical model of speed control are established to design the vehicle control strategy including the sub-modules of speed setting,motor speed setting and power limit.In order to verify the rationality of the vehicle control strategy,the simulation model of distributed electric bulldozer system is built in MATLAB/Simulink to make the offline simulation analysis of three sub-modules and prove that the strategy meets the control requirements.The control strategy is applied to the real vehicle test to further verify the rationality of the control strategy.
