针叶樱桃浓缩物及其配伍组合物的抗炎作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究针叶樱桃浓缩物及其各组合物的抗炎作用。方法雄性ICR小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性药对照组、针叶樱桃浓缩物低、中、高剂量组,经二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验和乙酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高实验,研究不同剂量针叶樱桃浓缩物的抗炎作用,并选择具有抗炎效果剂量的针叶樱桃浓缩物,分别与接骨木莓+野樱莓、接骨木莓+葡萄糖酸锌配伍,考察其抗炎作用。结果与模型组相比,针叶樱桃浓缩物各剂量组小鼠耳廓肿胀度均显著降低,并呈剂量依赖性,低剂量组与中、高剂量组比较差异有统计学意义,血清中IL-1β含量显著降低;针叶樱桃浓缩物各剂量组均能有效抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高。选择针叶樱桃浓缩物低剂量组配伍制成2种组合物,对比模型组,组合物小鼠耳廓肿胀度、血清中IL-1β含量均显著降低,小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高均得到显著抑制;组合物小鼠耳廓肿胀度较针叶樱桃浓缩物低剂量组显著降低。结论针叶樱桃浓缩物具有良好的抗炎作用;配伍接骨木莓与野樱莓或葡萄糖酸锌具有协同增效作用,其机制可能与抑制炎症因子的释放有关。 Objective To study the anti-inflammatory effect of acerola conc.powder,and the anti-inflammatory effects of the compositions.Methods Male ICR mice were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,the positive drug control group,and low,medium and high doses of acerola conc.powder groups.The antiinflammatory effects of different doses of acerola conc.powder were studied by xylene-induced mouse ear swelling test and acetic acid-induced mouse abdominal capillary permeability test.The dose with antiinflammatory effect of acerola conc.powder was selected to combine with black elderberry+black chokeberry,or black elderberry+zinc gluconate and their anti-inflammatory effects were examined.Results Compared with the model group,the ear swelling degree of mice in three different doses of acerola conc.powder groups significantly decreased in a dose-dependent manner,and the difference was statistically significant between the low-dose group and the medium and high-dose groups.The content of serum IL-1βsignificantly decreased.Three different doses of acerola conc.powder groups effectively inhibited the increase of peritoneal capillary permeability in mice.The low-dose group of acerola conc.powder was selected to prepare two kinds of compositions.Compared with the model group,the swelling of mice ears and the content of IL-1βin serum were significantly decreased,and the increase of peritoneal capillary permeability in mice was effectively inhibited in the composition groups.The auricle swelling degree of mice in the composition group was significantly lower than that in the low-dose group.Conclusion Acerola conc.powder has a good anti-inflammatory effect,and the compatibility of black elderberry with black chokeberry or zinc gluconate has a synergistic effect,which may be related to the inhibition of the release of inflammatory factors.
