摘要
我国在快速工业化进程和崛起的过程中,矿业持续快速发展,对生态环境造成了一定负面影响,随着生态文明建设思想的不断深入,绿色低碳转型已势在必行。绿色矿山建设是矿业绿色发展、生态文明建设的基础。本文通过梳理吉林省绿色矿山和绿色矿业发展示范区建设现状,对比全国绿色矿山建设情况,总结导致我省绿色矿山建设进程缓慢的原因,找出存在的问题和不足,提出吉林省绿色矿山建设的建议和具体措施。
In the process of rapid industrialization and rise in China,the sustainable and rapid development of mining industry has brought about a negative impact on the ecological environment.With the deepening of ecological civilization construction,green and low-carbon transformation is imperative.Green mine construction is the foundation of green development of mining industry and ecological civilization construction.Through combing the present situation of green mine and green mining industry development demonstration zone in Jilin Province,comparing the situation of green mine construction in the whole country,summing up the causes of the slow progress of green mine construction in Jilin Province,finding out the existing problems and deficiencies,the suggestions and concrete measures of green mine construction in Jilin Province are put forward.
