摘要
成分在线检测技术能够有效地解决传统化学分析方法的滞后性问题,是实现成分智能控制的关键一环。本文在重点介绍瞬发γ射线中子活化分析、激光诱导击穿光谱、近红外光谱等三种成分在线检测技术的原理、优点、应用案例及存在的问题的基础上,阐述了其在铁矿烧结中应用的可行性及发展趋势,以期为钢铁企业智能控制稳定生产提供一定的参考。
Online component detection technology can effectively solve the lag problem of traditional chemical analysis methods.It is a key step to realize the intelligent control of components.Based on the introduction of principles, advantages, application cases and existing problems on such three kinds of online component detection technologies, as prompt gamma-ray neutron activation analysis, laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy and near-infrared spectroscopy, the feasibility and development tendency of the technology application in iron ore sintering are expounded, which is expected to provide a certain reference for the intelligent control and stable production of iron and steel enterprises.
