烧结铁矿粉高温特性研究及过程耦合配矿评价模型的应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对马钢烧结配矿与生产实绩存在阶段耦合性偏弱以及缺乏对使用效果科学评价方法等问题,通过采用n(Fe2O3)/n(CaO)法(N值法)对马钢常用铁矿粉的高温特性进行测定研究。研究结果表明:以N值法测定的高温参数优化现行的铁矿石高温特性烧结配矿软件,同时通过以烧结过程负压、固体燃料消耗以及成品率特征指标建立配矿评价预测模型,构建综合特征指数(S)及各因子对特征指数影响显著性T值,可适时指导烧结配矿及烧结过程操作参数在工艺允许范围内优化调整,对烧结生产及配矿的实效形成一定的支撑。 In view of the problems of weak coupling in certain stage between sintering ore blending and production performance as well as the lack of scientific evaluation method for the use effect of Masteel Iron & Steel, the high temperature characteristic of common iron ore powder used in Masteel Iron & Steel is studied based on n(Fe2O3)/n(CaO) method(N-value method).The results show that, using the high temperature parameter determined by N-value method to optimize the current sintering and ore blending software with high temperature characteristics of iron ore, establishing the ore blending assessment prediction model based on the negative pressure of the sintering process, solid fuel consumption, and yield characteristics index, and constructing a comprehensive characteristic index(S) and the T value of significance of the influence of each factor on the characteristic index, which can guide the optimization and adjustion of sintering ore blending and sintering process operation parameters within the process allowance, and form a certain support for the actual effect of sintering production and ore blending.
