How to Measure the Coverage of Benzoic Acid in the Lnfant Heat and Cough Clearing Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的:用HPLC法测定全国范围30家生产企业57批次小儿清热止咳口服液中苯甲酸的含量。方法:Inertsustain C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)柱,柱温35℃;流动相:乙腈-0.02 mol/mL乙酸铵溶液(5∶95);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:240 nm。结果:苯甲酸在6.1350~184.0488μg/mL线性关系良好(r>0.9998);平均回收率102.94%。结论:30家企业57批次样品均检出苯甲酸,且各企业样品中苯甲酸含量差异很大。

Objective Using the HPLC to check the benzoic content in the children's oral liquid clearing heat and relieving cough in 30 enterprises.The specific method is,Inertsustain C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)column,column temperature is 35℃;mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.02 mol/ammonium acetate solution(5∶95);current velocity:1.0 mL/min;detection wavelength:230 nm.Result Benzoic acid shows great in the linear relation of 6.1350~184.0488μg/mL(r>0.9998);average recovery rate should be 102.94%.Conclusion we have checked the benzoic acid in 60 times of samples in 30 enterprises,and the benzoic acid content is different from different enterprises.
