不同浓度乙二胺四乙酸对多重耐药产ESBLs大肠埃希菌及肺炎克雷伯菌的部分抗菌药物灵敏度的恢复作用

摘要 目的探索添加不同浓度的乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA),对多重耐药产超广谱β-内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌及肺炎克雷伯菌的部分抗菌药物灵敏度的恢复作用。方法分别采用定性法(KB)及定量法(MIC)对相关菌株进行鉴定及药物敏感试验检测,然后对菌株进行ESBLs初筛与确证试验。检测产超广谱β-内酰胺酶多重耐药的大肠埃希菌及肺炎克雷伯杆菌及的各常规抗菌药物MIC值。在此基础上,采用不同浓度EDTA注射液连续使用3 d后,停用2 d为一疗程。对236例产超广谱β-内酰胺酶大肠杆菌及肺炎克雷伯菌感染患者,进行治疗后对疗效进行评估。结果部分抗菌药物经加入不同浓度EDTA后,对产超广谱β-内酰胺酶大肠杆菌及肺炎克雷伯菌的MIC有所降低或恢复敏感性。结论在部分抗菌药物中添加一定浓度EDTA,可为治疗多重耐药细菌的提供一个新方法。 Objective To explore the effects of different concentrations of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)on the anti-bacterial drug sensitivity of multiple drug-resistant,ultra-broad-spectrum anti-bacteria,E.coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae.Methods The related strains were identified by the KB method(qualitative)and the MIC(quantitative)method,and then the strain was subjected to ESBLs primary screening and confirmatory test.The MIC values of E.coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae and Klebsiella pneumoniae and Klebsiella pneumoniae and Klebsiella pneumoniae were tested.On this basis,after the continuous use of different concentration of EDTA injection for 3 days,it was discontinued for 2 days as a course of treatment.In the treatment of 236 patients with an ultra-broad spectrum of E.coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae,the curative effect was evaluated after treatment.Results After adding EDTA at different concentrations,the MIC of E.coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae was reduced or the sensitivity was recovered..Conclusion The addition of EDTA in some antibacterial drugs can provide a new method for the treatment of multiple drug-resistant bacteria.
