摘要
目的通过检测乙型肝炎病毒五项,分析乙型肝炎检测实验前的温度与时间对其结果的影响,标本经过不同温度和不同时间处理,观察结果的准确性。方法安图发光仪器磁微粒化学发光法检测。结果在正常模式下(HBsAg、HBcAb同时阳性),乙型肝炎五项指标测定在18 h,温度在45℃内测定的结果基本上没有什么差异,偏差<22.5%。但在异常模式下(HBsAg、HBsAb、HBcAb阳性),会对结果产生不良影响,偏差>22.5%。当储存时间≤4 h(储存温度≤25℃),对乙型肝炎五项异常模式结果无影响,偏差<22.5%。结论在储存时间≤4 h,储存温度≤25℃时,对检测结果无影响,所以一般情况下,标本运输不需要冷藏,这样可以减少不必要的成本费。运输时间在18 h,温度在45℃内运送时,对检测乙型肝炎五项正常模式结果无影响,但对异常模式有影响。如果检测出异常模式的标本时(HBsAg、HbsAb、HBcAb阳性),建议重新采集标本,严格按照要求的温度和时间运输,以确保实验前的质量控制。
Objective To analyze the influence of temperature and time before hepatitis B detection experiment on the results By detecting five items of hepatitis B virus,and and the accuracy of the observation results after different temperature and time treatment.Methods Antu luminescent instrument magnetic particle chemiluminescence method was used for detection.Results In the normal mode(HBsAg and HBcAb were positive at the same time),there was no significant difference in the results of the determination of the five indicators of hepatitis B within 18 hours and 45℃,with the deviation less than 22.5%.But in the abnormal mode(HBsAg,HBsAb,HBcAb positive),it will have adverse effects on the results,the deviation is more than 22.5%.When storage time≤4h(storage temperature≤25℃),there was no effect on the results of five abnormal patterns of hepatitis B,and the deviation was less than 22.5%.Conclusion When the storage time is less than 4 hours and the storage temperature is less than 25℃,there is no influence on the test results,so generally,the specimen transportation does not need to be refrigerated,which can reduce the unnecessary cost.When the transportation time is 18 hours and the temperature is within 45℃,there is no influence on the results of five normal modes of hepatitis B detection,but there is influence on the abnormal modes.If the samples with abnormal patterns(HBsAg,HBsAb,HBcAb positive)are detected,it is suggested that the samples should be collected again and transported in strict accordance with the required temperature and time to ensure the quality control before the experiment.
