新型冠状病毒核酸与抗体的检测方法分析

摘要 新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)是由新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染所导致的肺炎,其传播途径主要包括直接传播、气溶胶传播和接触传播。多数COVID-19患者预后良好,少数患者病情危重,甚至死亡。由于该病短期内即在全球范围蔓延,严重危及人类生命健康,因此尽早诊断SARS-CoV-2感染者并采取有效隔离措施,将有助于COVID-19的疾病防控。本文总结了目前国内检验科对SARS-CoV-2核酸和血清特异性抗体的常见检测手段,从检测方法、常见问题等方面进行了分析,旨在推动SARS-CoV-2核酸与抗体联合检测,并尽量规避假阴性、假阳性结果的发生,从而为临床确诊SARS-CoV-2感染者提供有力依据。 New Coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)is caused by the infection of New Coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2).The main routes of transmission include direct transmission,aerosol transmission and contact transmission.The prognosis of most patients with cowid-19 is good,and a few patients are critically ill or even die.As the disease spreads around the world in a short time and seriously endangers human life and health,early diagnosis of sars-cov-2 infected persons and effective isolation measures will contribute to the prevention and control of the disease.This paper summarized the common detection methods of sars-cov-2 nucleic acid and serum specific antibody in domestic laboratory,analyzed the detection methods and common problems,in order to promote the joint detection of sars-cov-2 nucleic acid and antibody,and try to avoid the occurrence of false negative and false positive results,so as to provide a strong basis for the clinical diagnosis of sars-cov-2 infection.
