巨噬细胞是造血系统中最具可塑性的细胞,广泛存在于所有组织中,表现出强大的功能多样性,在机体发育、稳态、组织修复和免疫等方面发挥着重要作用。在这篇综述中,本文讨论巨噬细胞如何调节正常的生理活动和细胞发育以及它们在疾病中的病理生理作用,希望为今后巨噬细胞的研究提供新的视角。

Macrophages are the most plastic cells in the hematopoietic system.They are widely present in all tissues and exhibit huge functional diversity.They play an important role in body development,homeostasis,tissue repair and immunity.In this review,we discuss how macrophages regulate normal physiological activities and cell development,as well as their pathophysiological role in diseases,and hope to provide a new perspective for future research on macrophages.
