成人Xp11.2易位型肾癌的临床病理特点研究

摘要 目的探究TFE3免疫组化(IHC)以及荧光原位杂交(FISH)再进行基因易位型肾细胞癌(Xp11.2 RCC)中的效果。方法回选择2017年6月至2020年6月再本院治疗的肾细胞癌(RCC)患者,行患者进行组织芯片质量、HE染色结果判定、FISH结果判定分析。结果与非Xp11.2 RCC相比,Xp11.2 RCC更容易出现肉眼血尿和腰痛,术后病理提示肿瘤核分级更高,更容易出现淋巴结转移、肾静脉侵犯和肾窦侵犯(P<0.05),术后3年的疾病无进展生存率远低于非Xp11.2 RCC,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TFE3 IHC具有较高的敏感性和假阳性率,可作为Xp11.2 RCC的初筛方法,Xp11.2 RCC好发于中年女性,肿瘤侵袭性强,肿瘤细胞核分级高,易出现淋巴结转移、静脉侵犯和肾窦侵犯,远期预后差。
