加速康复外科模式下乳腺癌患者出院准备度现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Status and Influencing Factors of the Discharge Readiness of Breast Cancer Patients in the Mode of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery

目的调查加速康复外科模式下乳腺癌手术患者出院准备度现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,使用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表,对加速康复外科流程管理模式下的北京市某三甲医院乳腺外科140例乳腺癌出院患者进行调查。结果乳腺癌患者出院准备度总分为(64.59±4.78)分,条目均分为(5.86±0.46)分。多元线性回归分析显示,出院指导质量和医疗费用支付方式是出院准备度的影响因素。结论加速康复外科模式下的乳腺癌患者出院准备度处于中等水平,医护人员应提高患者的出院指导质量,并依据患者的医疗费用支付方式开展个性化、人性化的健康宣教,以提高患者出院准备度。

Objective To investigate the status of discharge readiness of breast cancer patients under the mode of accelerated rehabilitation surgery and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Using convenience sampling method,general data questionnaire,discharge readiness scale and discharge instruction quality scale,140 patients with breast cancer discharged from a third grade A hospital under the management mode of accelerated rehabilitation sur⁃gery process in breast surgery were investigated.Results The total score of discharge readiness of breast cancer pa⁃tients was(64.59±4.78),and the entries were(5.86±0.46).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that medi⁃cal expense payment mode and discharge instruction quality were the influencing factors of discharge readiness.Conclu⁃sion The discharge readiness of breast cancer patients in the mode of accelerated rehabilitation surgery is at a medium level,and the medical staff should improve the quality of the discharge guidance of patients,and carry out personalized health education according to the payment method of patients’medical expenses,so as to improve the discharge readiness of patients.
