摘要
规格为Φ13 mm的55SiCrA弹簧钢盘条拉拔至12 mm加工制作成弹簧后,在进行疲劳试验过程中存在疲劳寿命不稳定的现象;利用莱卡M205A体视显微镜与JSM-6490LV扫描电镜对55SiCrA弹簧钢疲劳早期失效断裂断口进行分析。分析结果表明:盘条表面存在的细小微观缺陷、弹簧抛丸过程中表面产生的不光滑凹坑及盘条内部存在的明显枝晶组织是降低55SiCrA弹簧钢疲劳寿命的主要因素。由此提出了在炼钢与轧制过程中相应的改善措施,整体提升了55SiCrA弹簧钢盘条质量;后续经用户使用,弹簧的疲劳寿命得到明显提升,完全能满足用户的要求。
The fatigue life of 55SiCrA alloy spring steel is unstable during fatigue test,after the size Φ13 mm wire rod draw to 12 mm and next processed into spring.The fracture surface of early fatigue failure fracture of 55SiCrA alloy spring steel is observed and analyzed by Leica M205A stereomicroscope and JSM-6490LV scanning electron microscope.The results show that the main factors to reduce the fatigue life of spring steel are the small micro defects on the surface of wire rod,the unsmooth pits on the surface and the obvious dendrite structure in the wire rod during shot blasting.This paper puts forward a kind of corresponding improvement measures in the process of steelmaking and rolling.The overall quality of 55SiCrA spring steel wire rod is improved;With the spring steel used by customets,the fatigue life of spring obtains improvement and it can fully satisfied request of users.
