金融科技视阈下消费金融公司的发展与展望 被引量:5

The Development and Prospect of Consumer Finance Companies from the Perspective of Financial Technology

摘要 自从2009年《消费金融公司试点管理办法》实施以来,在技术、政策与经济发展等因素的驱动下,我国消费金融行业历经传统消费金融、互联网消费金融与数字消费金融时期,取得了显著成就。其中,金融科技的崛起,既推进了消费金融行业的发展,也给消费金融行业的微观结构带来重大变革。消费金融公司作为专业的非银行金融机构,它主要覆盖于"中高净值"具有央行征信记录的人群,采取资金或线下场景驱动模式为个人提供消费信贷,在传统消费金融时期发展较快。然而,在金融科技背景下,它依然在数字化、场景化、合规化等方面存在着发展不足的问题。对此,消费金融公司可以深化金融科技应用实现消费金融的数字化发展,通过拓展消费场景助力场景化消费金融发展,加强合规化建设构建与完善全面风险管理体系,从而在金融科技环境下实现突围。 Since the implementation of the Pilot Management Measures of Consumer Finance Companies in 2009,driven by technology,policy and economic development,China’s consumer finance industry has gone through 3 periods of traditional consumer finance,internet consumer finance and digital consumer finance,and has made remarkable achievements.Among them,the rise of financial technology not only promotes the development of the consumer finance industry but also brings great changes to the micro-structure of the consumer finance industry.As a professional non-bank financial institution,consumer finance companies mainly cover the“middle-high net worth”people with central bank credit records.They provide consumer credit for individuals by capital or offline scenario-driven mode,which develops rapidly in the period of traditional consumer finance.However,under the background of financial technology,it still has the problem of insufficient development in the aspects of digitization,scene and standardization.In this regard,consumer finance companies can deepen the application of financial technology to realize the digital development of consumer finance,boost the development of scenario-based consumer finance by expanding consumption scenarios,strengthen the construction of compliance,build and improve a comprehensive risk management system,so as to achieve a breakthrough in the financial technology environment.
