摘要
目的:分析高海拔部队驻训人员心理应激与心理弹性和注意偏向的相关性,为开展针对性心理干预提供帮助。方法:采用军人心理应激自评问卷、心理弹性(坚韧性、力量、乐观性)量表、注意偏向量表,对211名高海拔部队驻训人员进行测试。结果:高海拔部队驻训人员心理应激总分(15.89±3.51)分,与心理坚韧性、力量、乐观性、正性注意偏向呈负相关(P<0.05);与负性注意偏向呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:高海拔地区部队驻训人员心理应激与心理弹性和注意偏向有着密切的关系。因此,前往高海拔部队驻训人员应提前加强心理弹性的训练,引导正性注意偏向,可降低官兵心理应激水平,从而高质量完成驻训任务。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between psychological stress,mental resilience and attentional bias of high altitude military personnel stationed in training,and to carry out targeted psychological intervention to provide help.Methods:A total of 211 soldiers were tested by using the self-assessment questionnaire,mental resilience(resilience,strength,optimism)scale and attentional bias scale.Results:The total score of psychological stress was(15.89±3.51),which was negatively correlated with mental toughness,strength,optimism and positive attention bias(r=-0.224,-0.280,-0.194,-0.168;P<0.05),and which positively correlated with negative attentional bias(r=0.364,P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a close relationship between psychological stress and mental resilience and attentional bias.Therefore,the training of mental resilience should be enhanced in advance to guide positive attentional bias,which can reduce the psychological stress level of officers and soldiers,so as to complete the training task with high quality.
