射频治疗仪导入透明质酸修护生物膜治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ型玫瑰痤疮疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨射频治疗仪导入透明质酸修护生物膜治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ型玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法:我科门诊2019-10~2020-08就诊的Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型玫瑰痤疮患者76例,随机分为治疗组39例和对照组37例。两组均给予多西环素及透明质酸修护生物膜治疗;另外治疗组给予射频治疗仪导入透明质酸生物膜治疗。多西环素口服50 mg/d;透明质酸修护生物膜外涂2/d;导入治疗2/周。实验疗程共6周,治疗后第3周和第6周观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组治疗后第3、6周有效率分别为53.84%、76.92%;对照组为29.73%、54.05%,疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组之间积分比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组未见严重不良反应。结论:射频治疗仪导入透明质酸修护生物膜治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ型玫瑰痤疮是一种安全、有效的方法,可迅速缓解玫瑰痤疮炎症,改善皮肤红斑及毛细血管扩张,快速修复皮肤屏障功能,且无显著不良反应。 Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of hyaluronic acid biofilm was introduced by radio frequency therapy in the treatment of typeⅠand typeⅡrosacea.Methods:A total of 76 outpatients with typeⅠand typeⅡrosacea from October 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=39)and the control group(n=37).The both groups were treated with doxycycline and hyaluronic acid biofilm;in addition,the treatment group was treated with hyaluronic acid biofilm introduced by radio frequency therapy.Doxycycline was given orally 50mg/d;hyaluronic acid biofilm were coated externally twice a day;hyaluronic acid biofilm was introduced by radio frequency therapy twice a week.The experimental process was 6 weeks.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed respectively in the 3rd and 6th week after treatment.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group reached 53.84%and 76.92%in the 3rd,6th week after treatment,while the control group was 29.73%,54.05%respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups,which did not affect the continuous treatment.Conclusion:It is a safe and effective Combination therapy to treat typeⅠand typeⅡrosacea by introducing hyaluronic acid biofilm with radio frequency therapy,which can rapidly relieve the inflammatory symptoms of rosacea,improve skin erythema and telangiectasia,accelerate the recovery of skin barrier function,and have no significant adverse reactions.
