摘要
为了设计出合理的活塞内冷油道,建立了活塞的三维实体模型以活塞及其内冷油道的有限元模型。通过对数十种内冷油道有限元模型的流场分析,确定了油孔内冷道形状对活塞冷却性能的影响,通过分析活塞整体温度场,确定了内冷油道的安放位置,得到了合理的活塞内冷油道设计方案。
To design a reasonable piston internal cooling oil passage,a three-dimensional solid model of the piston is established with a finite element model of the piston and its internal cooling oil passage.Through the flow field analysis of dozens of finite element models of the internal cooling oil passage,the influence of the shape of the internal cooling passage in the oil hole on the cooling performance of the piston is determined,and the placement position of the internal cooling oil passage is determined by analyzing the overall temperature field of the piston.A reasonable design scheme for the internal cooling oil passage of the piston is proposed.
