6S融合目视化管理法在新冠疫苗接种过程中的应用

Application of 6S Fusion Visual Management Method in COVID-19 Vaccination Process

目的探讨新冠疫苗接种的管理方法,促进新冠疫苗的接种工作顺利开展。方法在新冠疫苗的接种工作过程中采用6S融合目视化管理法。结果新冠疫苗接种工作中使用6S融合目视化管理法,梳理并制定出标准化的新冠疫苗接种流程。准确计算出各工作组的人员配比,科学地为接种点计算出最大通量提供依据。结论 6S融合目视化管理法能帮助工作人员快速适应工作环境,有效提高新冠疫苗接种的效率,为广泛开展新冠疫苗接种工作的前期筹备和接种现场管理及接种点后期的扩增提供经验。

Objective To explore the management method of COVID-19 vaccination and promote the smooth implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination.Methods The visual management method of 6S fusion was used in the COVID-19 vaccination.Results The 6S fusion visual management method was used in the inoculation of coronavirus,and the standardized inoculation process of coronavirus was worked out,the ratio of each working group personnel was calculated accurately,the maximum traffic of the COVID-19 vaccination institution was calcu⁃lated scientifically.Conclusion The 6S fusion visual management method can help workers adapt to the working environment quickly,and improve the efficiency of COVID-19 vaccination effectively.The study provided experi⁃ence for preparation,management and expansion of the vaccination of COVID-19.
