接种重组新型冠状病毒疫苗后的不良反应

Adverse Reactions after Inoculation of Recombinant New Coronavirus Vaccine

目的探讨接种重组新型冠状病毒疫苗(腺病毒载体)后的不良反应及对其进行相应的护理措施。方法将2021年2—3月期间在某院接种重组新型冠状病毒疫苗(腺病毒载体)的1 212例接种者作为研究对象,观察其在接种重组新型冠状病毒疫苗(腺病毒载体)后出现的不良反应,并探讨对其进行相应的护理措施。结果 1 212例接种重组新型冠状病毒疫苗(腺病毒载体)后,有28例接种者出现发热、4例接种者出现注射部位肿痛、2例接种者出现恶心、1例接种者出现头晕、1例接种者出现口唇发麻。经对其进行相应的护理干预后,所有出现的不良反应症状均得到有效缓解。结论接种重组新型冠状病毒疫苗(腺病毒载体)后,出现不良反应的症状主要以发热和注射部位肿痛为主。对出现不良反应的接种者进行相应的护理干预,可有效地缓解其不良反应的症状。

Objective To investigate the adverse reactions after inoculation of recombinant new coronavir⁃us vaccine(adenovirus vector)and its corresponding protective measures.Methods From February 2021 to March 2021,1212 cases who vaccinated new coronavirus vaccine(adenovirus vector)were studied in a hospital.The adverse effects of recombinant new coronavirus vaccine(adenovirus vector)were observed,and the corre⁃sponding nursing measures were explored.Results After inoculating recombinant new coronavirus vaccine(adeno⁃virus vector),among the 1212 cases,28 patients developed fever,and 4 patients developed swelling and pain at the injection site.There were 2 cases of nausea.One patient developed dizziness.There was 1 case of lip numbness.After the corresponding nursing intervention,all the adverse reaction symptoms have been effectively relieved.Con⁃clusion After inoculating recombinant new coronavirus vaccine(adenovirus vector),the main symptoms of ad⁃verse reactions were fever and swelling and pain at injection site.The corresponding nursing intervention can effec⁃tively relieve the symptoms of adverse reactions.
