基于SOLO分类理论的医疗质量管理教学

Medical Quality Management Teaching Based on SOLO Classification Theory

目的考核科室质控员医疗质量管理教学后知识掌握能力水平,为培养专业化科室医疗质量管理人员提供可靠的依据。方法基于SOLO分类理论先后对同一群体的科室质控员设计两个考核试验方案,方案一对所有学员开展相同课程教学,分别使用传统和SOLO两种不同方法的考试;方案二对所有培训学员采用对照法,随机抽组分成2组,第1组先实施SOLO考试再行传统考试,第2组先行传统考试再行SOLO考试。结果方案一中参加SOLO考试的学员成绩更趋于集中,而传统方法考试的成绩相对较分散;方案二中分别对这些科室质控员进行统计,其平均分与以上平均分结果类似,P<0.05,说明考试结果无显著性差异。结论采用能够提升沟通交流能力的SOLO分类理论考试,更加适合医院临床科室质控员培训效果的考察考核。

Objective To evaluate the knowledge mastery ability of quality control personnel after medical quality management teaching,so as to provide a reliable basis for training professional medical quality management personnel.Methods Based on SOLO classification theory,two test schemes were designed for the same group of department quality control personnel.Scheme one was to carry out the same course teaching for all the students,u⁃sing traditional and SOLO test methods respectively;in the second scheme,all trainees were randomly divided into two groups,the first group was given SOLO test before traditional test,and the second group was given traditional test before SOLO test.Results In scheme 1,the scores of students participating in SOLO test tended to be more concentrated,while the scores of traditional methods were relatively scattered;in scheme 2,the average scores of quality control personnel in these departments were similar to the above average scores,P<0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference in the test results.Conclusion The test of SOLO classification theory can im⁃prove the communication ability,which is more suitable for the evaluation of the training effect of quality control personnel in clinical departments.
