摘要
针对辽宁省小型水库先天问题多、集水区汇流时间短、调度难、险情易发等特点,提出了抗暴雨能力理念。介绍了基于水库流域下垫面、调度方式、剩余库容的抗暴雨能力计算思路,以及具体的计算公式和查算方法。以防御202008号台风“巴威”为例,介绍了辽宁省小型水库抗暴雨能力计算成果,以及基于计算成果所做的重点防御部署工作。通过抗暴雨能力计算,查算出辽宁省水位不高但降雨承纳能力较小的水库,从而有效指导水库防汛工作,提高科学决策水平,确保水库安全运行。
In view of the characteristics of small reservoirs in Liaoning Province,such as many historical problems,short confluence time in catchment area,difficult operation and easy occurrence of dangerous situations;the concept of rainstorm resistance capacity is put forward.This paper introduces the calculation method of rainstorm resistance capacity based on the underlying surface of the reservoir,the dispatching method and the remaining storage capacity,as well as the specific calculation formula and method.Taking the defense of No.202008 Typhoon“Bavi”as an example,the calculation results of the rainstorm resistance capacity of small reservoirs in Liaoning Province and the key defense deployment work based on the calculation results are introduced.Through the calculation of the rainstorm resistance capacity,it is possible to identify the reservoirs with low water level but low rainfall bearing capacity.Practice shows that the rainstorm resistance capacity calculation can effectively guide the flood prevention work of the reservoirs,realize scientific decision-making,and ensure the safe operation of the reservoirs.
