摘要
根据沅水流域三板溪—白市梯级水库(电站)调度中小洪水的工程需求,分析了梯级水库(电站)面临的防洪现状以及中小洪水联合调度的边界条件,以解决实际工程问题为导向,研究并提出多种调度措施并开展技术经济比选研究确定推荐措施,在此基础上,拟定了梯级水库(电站)的中小洪水联合调度方案。实测洪水的调度模拟成果表明,研究提出的方案切实可行、可操作性强,可满足梯级水库(电站)中小洪水调度所有边界条件,为其安全经济运行提供了有效的技术保障。
Based on the engineering requirements of Sanbanxi-Baishi cascade reservoirs(with hydropower stations)in Yuanshui River for dispatching medium and small floods,the paper analyzes the flood prevention status of cascade reservoirs(with hydropower stations)and the boundary conditions for joint-dispatching of medium and small floods,studies and puts forward a variety of regulation measures for solving practical engineering problems,carries out technical and economic comparison,and determines the recommended measures.The joint-dispatching scheme of medium and small floods of cascade reservoirs(with hydropower stations)is proposed.The simulation results of measured flood show that the proposed scheme is feasible and operable,which can meet all boundary conditions of medium and small floods dispatching of cascade reservoirs(with hydropower stations),and provide effective technical guarantee for its safe and economic operation.
