摘要
在地方高等院校硕士学位授权点少而分散、研究生教育质量有待提高的背景下,本文提出基于跨学科项目驱动的促进团队合作和同伴学习的研究生培养方式,帮助不同学科背景的研究生学会团队合作,解决复杂的工程实际问题,提高研究生尤其是专业硕士发现问题的敏锐性、科学探究精神、学以致用的工程实践能力以及容易被忽视的团队合作和综合表达的能力。此外该培养方式还能促进研究生导师之间的学术交流,产生更多跨学科的科研成果。
Under the background of the few and scattered authorization points of master degree in local colleges and universities and the quality of graduate education to be improved,this paper proposes a graduate training method based on interdisciplinary project driven to promote team cooperation and peer learning,which helps graduate students’associations with different disciplines cooperate in teams and solve complex engineering practical problems,improve the sharpness of the problems found by postgraduates,especially the master of majors,the spirit of scientific inquiry,the ability of engineering practice to learn and use,and the ability of team cooperation and comprehensive expression that are easily ignored.In addition,the training method can promote academic exchange between graduate tutors and produce more interdisciplinary research results.
