摘要
近年来,生猪养殖效益理想,极大的激发了养殖场户生猪养殖积极性,生猪养殖业呈现出规模化、集约化的发展趋势。但是,由于受到饲养管理、环境、饲料、应激、引种等多方面因素的影响,非洲猪瘟、猪瘟、蓝耳病、口蹄疫等多种疫病呈现出高发趋势,轻则影响猪群生长发育,重则导致死亡,给养殖场户造成巨大损失。将现代生物技术应用于猪病诊断及防治中,有着显著的优势,一方面能够提升猪病诊断准确性,另一方面能够提高猪病防治效果,助推生猪养殖业稳定发展。本文首先概述了当前猪病流行特点;其次分析了现代生物技术在猪病诊断中的应用;再次分析了现代生物技术在猪病防治中的应用;最后以非洲猪瘟为例,探讨了非洲猪瘟诊断及防治中现代生物技术的实践应用。
In recent years,the benefit of pig breeding is ideal,which greatly stimulates the enthusiasm of pig breeding in the farm households,and the pig breeding industry has shown a trend of scale and intensive development.However,due to the influence of various factors such as feeding management,environment,feed,stress and introduction,African swine fever,swine fever,blue ear disease,foot and mouth disease have a high incidence trend,while the light affects the growth and development of the pig population,and the heavy causes death,which causes great losses to the farmers.The application of modern biotechnology in the diagnosis and control of swine disease has significant advantages,on the one hand,it can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of swine disease,on the other hand,it can improve the effect of pig disease prevention and control,and promote the stable development of pig breeding industry.This paper first summarizes the current characteristics of swine disease;Secondly,the application of modern biotechnology in the diagnosis of swine disease was analyzed;The application of modern biotechnology in the prevention and control of swine disease was analyzed again;Finally,taking African swine fever as an example,the practical application of modern biotechnology in diagnosis and control of African swine fever was discussed.
