基于立德树人的高校辅导员队伍建设分析

Analysis on the Construction of College Counselor Team Based on Moral Education

在当下高校教育制度的革新下,对于学生管理,从注重理论知识为主的传统教育模式转变为思想政治道德素养以及专业技能实操能力并重的教育模式。而在当今的大学生活中,在立德树人理念下辅导员这一重要队伍建设也发生了极大的转变,很大程度上从学生的学习生活导师转变为人生道德导师。本文首先对立德树人这一理念进行了概述,另外分全员树人、全过程树人、全方位树人这三个层次对立德树人理念下辅导员队伍建设的转变与调适进行了探究。

With the innovation of the current higher education system,the traditional education mode focusing on theoretical knowledge has been transformed into the education mode focusing on both ideological and political moral quality and professional skills and practical ability.In today’s university life,under the concept of moral education,the construction of counselors,an important team,has also undergone great changes.To a large extent,counselors have changed from students’study and life tutors to life moral tutors.This paper first gives an overview of the concept of moral education,and then explores the transformation and adjustment of counselor team construction under the concept of moral education from three levels:the whole staff,the whole process and all-round.
