Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Construction in the Course of"Real Estate Finance"

立德树人作为"课程思政"的中心环节,要求实现全方位育人,这对教学实践全过程如何将思想政治工作融入其中提出新的要求。本文通过对"房地产金融学"课程与思政建设内在关系分析的基础上,在遵循"房地产金融学"教学大纲的基本原则下,基于课程思政教学改革理念,从课程理念、课程大纲、课程教学环节、课后交流等实践进行思政元素的挖掘,力求将思想政治理论的核心价值融入该门专业课程建设体系中以形成协同效应。

The central link of"Curriculum Ideology and Politics"is to foster morality,integrate ideological and political work into the whole process of teaching practice,and realize all-round education.Based on the analysis of the internal relationship between the"Real Estate Finance"course and ideological and political construction,following the basic principles of the"Real Estate Finance"syllabus,this article is based on the curriculum ideological and political teaching reform concept,from the aspects of the practice of curriculum concepts,curriculum outlines,teaching links,and after-school exchanges to excavate ideological and political elements,striving to integrate the core value of ideological and political theory into the professional curriculum construction system to form a synergistic effect.
